Mutton is a fantastic meat, richer with more fat than lamb. Mutton boasts much deeper and well developed flavour than lamb. Our mutton is sourced primarily from the Welsh Hills and the North Yorkshire Moors where our farmers flocks mature on grazing found on the tops of the valleys and in the rich Welsh meadows.
